Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from all countries are welcome to join HE Higher Education Ranking. Participation is free, simple, and designed to be practical for QA and institutional research teams.

Choose any one of the following options:

1. Fill the submission link below. You simply can fill the link of submission of the questionnaire under this message—this is the fastest way to register your institution for the current cycle.

2. Use the questionnaire already shared with your university. If your Public Relations / International Relations / Quality Assurance department has received our secure questionnaire link, you can complete that version directly and submit on behalf of your institution.

3. Email us for guidance. You can simply send an email to kayyali@heranking.com inquiring about the method of participation in the ranking. You may also write to info@ranking.heranking.com to express interest and request the questionnaire.

What to include in your message (recommended):

• Official institution name, country, and website

• Primary contact person (name, title, email) and responsible unit (e.g., QA/Institutional Research)

• Brief note on institutional recognition/accreditation (degree-awarding authority)

• Number of campuses (if applicable)

What happens next:

• We confirm eligibility and send (or re-send) your secure questionnaire link.

• Your team completes the evidence-based items and uploads/points to documentation.

• After results are released, your institution receives a confidential report with indicator-level feedback and improvement guidance.
